How Do I Know Which Technique Will Work For Me?

Beyond the basic steps of working with the Law of Attraction in your life, there are numerous techniques available to help you manifest whatever it is you desire.

But how do you know which ones really work? Or which ones will work for you?

Let’s assume you have already decided exactly what you want to manifest, and you are clear about what you want.

You already have made a list or a vision board that reflects your desires, and you review it at least once a day.

And as you review your list or vision board, you are able to get into the feeling “as if” the Universe has already delivered what you desire.

You’re feeling like you are on solid ground, you’ve become positive thinker, and you’re now able to catch any negative thoughts or feelings that creep up into your head and are able to turn them around into a positive thought or feeling.

But again, with all the stuff floating around out there, what really works?

Well, I’ve included some time-tested and proven manifestation techniques that will definitely get you results. You can use one or two of them or use them all.

Read over the list below, and then choose one to begin. But I highly recommend learning to incorporate all of them into your life and you will be amazed by their powerful results.

And I can assure you, all of these techniques will work for you!

Positive Affirmations

Positive affirmations are a very effective tool to help you manifest what you desire by sending your positive thought vibrations out into the Universe.

What is a positive affirmation? A positive affirmation is a positive statement describing what you want to manifest, but by saying it in a way as if it has already happened.

There are two types of positive affirmations. The “I am” and the “I want”.

“I Am” affirmations are the most powerful ones to use because they put the affirmation in the present tense.

The importance of using the present tense “I am…” instead of “I want” is significant because using the words “I want” means you do not have it. But using the words “I am” tells your subconscious mind you have it.

And since your subconscious mind is what determines what you manifest, the “I am” affirmations are the only ones that work.

Here are some examples of positive affirmations:

I am a very lucky person

I am a money magnet – money comes to me easily and effortlessly

I open to all of the blessing that life has to offer

I am grateful for all the financial abundance coming to me

Life sends me the right people at just the right time

You can use any of these affirmations or write your own.

Always make sure to write them in the present tense, “as if” what you desire is already happening.

Then take time every day to read them, then say them out loud, close your eyes, and feel your affirmation “as if” it is already happening.

Imagine how good it will feel when the thing you desire manifests in your life and then hold on to that feeling every day because it’s those happy feelings you feel, which sends the manifestation vibrations of your desires out into the Universe.

There is another technique you can use called the Sleep Technique.

Using this sleep technique right before bed is another very effective way to manifest your desires.

About 30 minutes before you go to sleep at night, focus on what it is you want to manifest into your life. Or think about the person you are wanting to become, or the life want to have in the future.

Be specific on the details and pay close attention to how you will feel when your desire is fulfilled. Visualize how different your life will be!

When you imagine this right before you go to sleep, you start to paint the picture of your desire into your subconscious mind.

Whatever emotions you feel as you drift off to sleep influences what you send out into the Universe.

By utilizing this technique nightly, it helps to strongly imprint your desire into your subconscious. And again, your subconscious mind is what is responsible for sending your desires out inot the Universe.

Since your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between what is real and what isn’t, it simply responds to what you tell it, through your emotions. So, it is important to make sure to focus on the feeling you feel as you imagine your desire.

As you drift off to sleep with the feelings you will feel when you manifest your desire, helps you tap into the invisible power of the Law of Attraction.

Letting Go Of The Outcome

Letting go of the outcome of your desire is a very important frame of mind to acquire when working with the Law of Attraction.

This does not mean you no longer care what happens, but quite the opposite.

It actually means you have enough faith in the Law of Attraction that you know the Universe will manifest everything you have asked for. It means once you send out your intention, you know it’s already done, therefore, you know you can let go of the outcome.

You may not see it manifest in front of you right now, but you know the wheels are already in motion for it to be on its way to you.

And with this faith, you know you have nothing to worry about!

You can strengthen your faith in the Law of Attraction by saying any of the following positive affirmations, and over time, you will develop an unshakeable faith, knowing that the Universe always comes through:

“I’m so lucky”

“The right people always show up in my life at just the right time”

“Everything I need is always right in front of me”.

Set Intentions Throughout Your Day

Each day, we all have different routines. For example, there’s our initial waking up routine, our morning routine, driving to work, routines on the job, our lunch hour, etc.

You can actually take a moment before each of your daily routines, and in your mind, set your intentions before each of your routines.

For instance, before you get out of bed in the morning, try setting your intention for a smooth start to your day. For you, a smooth morning could mean a nice warm shower, easily finding the outfit that you want to wear, a good cup of coffee, or having nice weather to look forward to.

Another example of setting an intention for your day could be work related. Set the intention that when you walk through the doors of your office, everyone will be in a good mood, you will have a productive day, no major problems, and that you’ll finish the work day with a sense of satisfaction of doing a good job.

Before you get out of bed and by setting a positive intention for each part of your day, you are setting the intention for the type of day you want to have, and the Universe will respond back in kind.

Try this and you will be amazed!

I encourage you to try all of these techniques and observe what happens. The Universe will take notice and send more positive energy back to you!
